February 26th, 2010 : We will be updating our website over the next few days. Please do not become alarmed if a doll you are looking for is out of stock. We will have an updated list of available merchandise and pre-order items very shorlty. Thank you for your patience.

 

Payment

We only accept USD, all prices are quoted in United States Dollar. We accept  PayPal ONLY for All Orders. Domestic Money Order and Domestic Personal Checks can be used when purchasing inside the USA. We accept personal checks and money orders from US residents only. California Sales Tax (8.75%) is added to orders shipped to or within California.

Personal Check & Money Order

We accept Personal Checks and Money Orders from US residents only. Should you like to order using a personal check, please contact us for a shipping quote or/ if you are ever in a hurry, and if we don't get back to you soon enough, you can always get shipping information and your order total by doing the following:

Select the item you want, click on "Buy Now" button, Add the items to your shopping cart, proceed to Check out, fill in your shipping address and phone number, select your country and select your shipping choice from the drop down menu for shipping method then click on continue. The shipping costs and appropriate sales tax will show on your order page without even having to enter your credit card info. Print the order page and include it with your order.

Shipping

Items ship within 5 days. USA customers have two choices of delivery: "UPS Ground" or "USPS Priority Mail" International Customers please choose "International Express Mail Sevice". Canada Customers please choose "Canada Express Mail Service" Russia Customers please choose "Russia USPS Priority Mail" For Express shipping in the USA, please contact us at : orders@thevalleyofthedolls.com

Shipping will be calculated at Check Out. If you are ever in a hurry, you can always get shipping information by doing the following:
Select the item you want, click on Order Now button, Add the items to your shopping cart, proceed to Check out, fill in your shipping address and phone number, select your country and select your shipping choice from the drop down menu for shipping method then click on continue. For our US customers we offer USPS Priority Mail Insured with Signature Confirmation (3-5 Business days) & UPS Ground with Signature Confirmation (3-8 business days). We also offer USPS Express Delivery, which in most cases is overnight to US Domestic addresses. Please call us for information -PST (Pacific Standard Time) Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm / *We do not answer on Saturday & Sunday

NOTE: Cut off time for USPS Express Mail is 12pm Pacific Standard Time. This will give us enough time to pack your items and get them to the post office for overnight delivery. Express orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
USPS has limited Express Mail Services on Saturday or Sunday.

International Customers

We now accept PayPal through our website for ALL International Orders. International Orders will be accepted ONLY through Verified PayPal accounts shipped to Confirmed adresses. We cannot guarantee delivery to non-verified or un-confirmed addresses.

Poland, Russia, Mexico and Brazil

Due to high theft rate and customs problems, all Russia, Mexico and Latin American orders will be shipped at the risk of the buyer. We cannot guarantee delivery to these countries, but we are happy to help you place your order. Please contact us for a shipping quote or more information.

*All orders shipped to Russia can only be shipped via USPS Priority mail, Un-Insured. Poland orders cannor be insured, Mexico orders cannot be insured, Brazil orders are not insured.

International Customs Charges & Entry Fees

NOTE: ALL International Orders will be accepted ONLY through verified PayPal accounts. International customers please email us for information on How To Order.

Each country has their own policy for customs and entry fees. When placing an International order, we claim the full value of the item on the USPS customs form.(Unless otherwise specified by the customer) Entry fees and customs charges are the responsibility of the receiver of the goods.  If you have further questions regarding customs and entry fees, please contact your local customs official or post office. They will be able to help you. When items are claimed as gift, all inurance is null. There is no coverage for loss, damage or theft.

We only ship EMS (USPS Express) to our International customers *All orders shipped to Russia can only be shipped via USPS Priority mail.

*All orders shipped to Russia can only be shipped via USPS Priority mail. ($45)

NOTE: We cannot be responsible for International orders that may become damaged, lost or stolen unless they are sent via EMS and insured for the full value. Only a partial amount of the full value claimed will be refunded as determined by the USPS. Once the item leaves the US, it is the responsibility of your country's post office to deliver the package to you. Some countries will hold packages from the US for up to 30 days without notifying the recipient. We will supply your parcel tracking number when applicable. We no longer accept orders from Mexico and South America.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: When placing your order, please indicate Value to claim, and if this is a gift for customs information. Otherwise we will ship the item at full value and marked as merchandise. which means you may incur customs charges. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS CHARGES INCURRED. NON-INSURED COUNTRIES: BRAZIL, MEXICO, RUSSIA & POLAND. *When claiming a lower value than actual listed price, the item will only be insured for the amount claimed.

Price Match Guarantee

If you find the same doll on our site somewhere else for less, we will honor the lower price. Just point out the difference, send us the link,  and we will guarantee a price match. *Price match does not apply to shipping charges. We cannot match eBay prices. We cannot match prices for Blythe product. Price match applies towards Jun Planning USA product ONLY.

Back Ordered and Out of Stock Items

We do keep a large inventory of our items, but due to the popularity of some of our products, we occasionally do sell out. Should this happen, we will notify you via email or voice to offer you an alternative. Alternatives include refund, exchange, credit or back order when available.

Returns & Exchanges

All of our items are sold as supplied to us by the manufacturer (Mint Never Removed From Box). We will gladly exchange your un-opened Pullip doll, but we cannot guarantee that the same doll will be available. If your item is damaged in shipping, or may have a manufacturer defect, please let us know. Further exchange information will be given on a per circumstance basis. All refunds are subject to store credit.

Pre-Orders

Pre-Order items are offered at a reduced price. Payment in full is required at time of order. Lay-A-Way cannot be used for Pre-Order items. Your item will be shipped to you when we receive it from the manufacturer. Pre-Order items are released during the last week of the month in which they are issued. If you have pre-ordered your Pullip in time to receive our quick ship delivery, you will receive your doll in one to two weeks after the Japan release date. You will be notified if your pre-order item is on the Japan release schedule when the item ships. USA releases are sent approximately 4-6 weeks after the Japan release date. Pre-Orders are fully refundable. Credit can also be applied to another item should you change your mind. Should the pre-order item become unavailable at release, we will notify you. In which case you will have the option to wait for the next pre-order shipment, make an exchange or store credit, or ask for a full refund. If a product is canceled during pre-production, we will gladly refund your money.

Lay-A-Way

Sorry, but due to non payment, we no longer offer Lay-a-way.

Out of Box & Damaged Merchandise

Occasionally we receive items from the manufacturer that may have been damaged in transit. We can offer these items at a substantial discount to our customers. OOB items are listed on the forum when available. Please join Valley Talk today!
